This Pop Chart Lab poster follows the rough path of every "orbiter, lander, rover, flyby, and impactor that has ever escaped the surly ties of Earth's orbit." Although it should be noted that it only contains successful missions. In space, there is no second place. We've seen charts like this before, in particular National Geographic's fantastic Fifty Years of Exploration chart (click here for a full-size image produced by 5W Infographics). Pop Chart Lab's version is a bit more cartoonish and uncluttered, and also contains a neat guide for probe and rover watchers, should you ever find yourself on a sightseeing tour of our solar system.
